GREEN COLLAR PUPPY

Collar color: Green
Sex: M
Date born:  January 25, 2008
Time born:  7:50 pm
Weight: 15.5 oz

I was the fifth puppy born.  After three girls in a row, they needed a boy!  I have a small white patch on my forehead.  I'm a little smaller than my littermates, but not by much!  I wasn't as loud as my littermates when I was born, but I can keep up with them now!  I was born at 7:50 pm.

At day 10, I'm forgetting how to eat!  Sometimes I suck on my mama's skin and leave hickies on her.  So, I get bottle fed to help me gain weight and keep up with my littermates.

At 2 weeks, I'm still a small boy, but not the smallest!  I can walk pretty well now and can't wait to start running!

At 3 weeks, I'm the best barker in the whole wide world.  I also like agility... check out my picture below.  The tunnel is a pretty cool place to hang out!

At 4 weeks, I love biting ankles.  It's also fun to mess up the new paper that is put in the box.  I know it should stay clean for at least 5 minutes, but it's fun to interfere.   I went exploring the house yesterday and it was really fun, but I didn't like moving to my new x-pen in the living room, and cried and yelled for a while.  But, I settled in, and now I'm a big boy.

At 5 weeks, I still like messing up the puppy pen by pulling on the blankets, or tearing up the paper.  I have lots of energy, and can be a little demanding... especially at meal time, or if I want to get out of the pen.  I love going on all the play equipment, and would be good as a circus dog because I roll ON the tunnel more than I go through it.  But, I like sleeping in it too!

At 6 weeks, I still get into trouble.  I destroy toys by ripping them up.  I don't spend as much time in the tunnels anymore because I rather chew them.  The manufacturers need to make them stronger because I keep breaking them, and then they disappear from the play yard.  What's up with that?!

At 7 weeks, I'm still the best tunnel destroyer in the whole wide world.  I've gone through three already.  Someone said you're supposed to go THROUGH them.  Hmmmmm.  I also like playing in the sand.

At 8 weeks, I am traveling back to Oregon with Dr. Joy, the breeder.  She will decide if she wants to keep me or my blue collared littermate.  Then, which ever one she doesn't choose will go to live with Teri in Idaho... on 5 acres.  The Boise River runs on the east side of the property, and a 2 1/2 acre pond is on the west side of the property... lots of water for dogs to play in!  If I live there, I would have a 5 1/2 year old yellow lab sister named Sadie. Check back to find out who gets to live with Teri (hope it's me)!
