TEAL COLLAR PUPPY

Collar color: Teal
Sex: M
Date born:  January 25, 2008
Time born: 8:58 pm
Weight: 1 lb .5 oz

I was the seventh puppy born.  I'm always looking for the best nipple, and usually always get it!  If I don't, I let my brothers and sisters know by crying in their ears, or pushing them away.  It's my party, and I'll cry if I want to.  I may be a little dominant when I grow up.  It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it.  I'm the biggest in the litter!  My auntie Charli helped me enter this world, she is a trainer for Pawsitive Teams, and visits me very often.  I was born at 8:58 pm.

On day 10, I'm no longer the biggest of the litter.  I now fall in the middle of everyone.

At 2 weeks, I'm still in the middle of the litter as far as weight goes.  I guess some of my litter mates are just hungrier than I am.

At 3 weeks, I've started to play with my littermates.  It's really fun to chew on their faces.  I'm getting big boy teeth too!  Can't wait to eat some dog food!

At 4 weeks, I like to play with my littermates.  I haven't made it out of the whelping box yet... I just sit back and watch everyone else scramble to get out.  I kind of like familiar surroundings.

At 5 weeks, I'm the most curious of the litter.  Anytime there is something new in the puppy pen, or play yard, I'm the first to check it out.  I love playing with the new toys too.  Sometimes I cry to get out of the pen so I can go in the play yard.

At 6 weeks, I still love all the new things that come into the pen or play yard, and I am the first to explore it.  I like to be held when we go on outings more than I like being in the stroller.  What can I say... I'm a lovable guy.

At 7 weeks, I like to eat rocks.  But, I don't know if I want to eat them anymore because I had to have surgery to remove one, and now I'm on bed rest.  At least I'll have my most favorite toy in the whole wide world... a singing reindeer.

At 8 weeks, I went to live with Colleen in San Diego.  I don't have a new name yet, but maybe she will call me what they named me at ABC Veterinary Hospital... Rocky!  Colleen wants to take me to work with her, and hopes I can become a "facility dog" to help the students at the university deal with stress.
